Above & Beyond, the British trio founded in 2000, stands as one of the trance genre's most successful acts, known for both their remixes and original productions. Comprising Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki, they gained recognition for their remix of Madonna's "What It Feels Like for a Girl" but gradually rose to prominence through live performances and studio work. Their career milestones include the mainstream breakthrough with "We Are All We Need" in 2015, a Top Three U.S. hit with "Common Ground" in 2018, and the release of ambient Flow State albums and the soundtrack "The Last Glaciers" in 2022. Prior to forming the group, Grant and Siljamäki founded the Anjunabeats label, setting the stage for their enduring musical journey.
