There are no additional costs for Secure Swapping a ticket. We are always trying to improve the safety of our tickets and when we can make them 100% safe, we are happy to do it for free.
How does it work?

We arranged this with the event organizer or the ticketing company. We have access to new tickets and give these to buyers. We keep the sold tickets and make sure that these tickets are cancelled.
