Is buying tickets with TicketSwap safe?
Yes, TicketSwap does everything to ensure a safe transaction. With Secure Swap, the old ticket is invalidated and the buyer will receive a new ticket. This is possible because we have partnerships with organisers, venues and ticketing providers.
When will I receive the tickets?
Tickets are ready to download right after paying and we’ll send you a confirmation email with the tickets attached. Alternatively you can download them from inside your account under “my tickets”.
Can I contact the seller?
No, unfortunately not. We want to keep everything as simple as possible. Sellers are able to sell tickets hassle-free with the matter of clicks. However, we always have the contact information, just in case of an emergency.
