Amsterdam Open Air 2024

Amsterdam Open Air

Ten stages, twenty genres, 150+ artists: Amsterdam Open Air has been the place where Amsterdam’s vibrant nightlife gathers in summer for years now.

The goal is to celebrate pretty much every subgenre of dance, so expect a stage with house programming, a techno forest, a disco stage, hip-hop and electro acts, and much more. This year’s lineup includes acts like Essy, Maruwa, DJ Moortje, Mariposa (live), Nedda Sou, Mirella Kroes, and Rebekah.

Burna Boy

The one and only Burna Boy touches down in Amsterdam this June, and if it’s anything like his previous shows, better prepare for some heat.

After the ‘Love, Damini’ tour, one of the most successful artists from Nigeria now returns to celebrate his seventh album. ‘I Told Them…’ is loaded with Burna’s signature mix of afro-pop, R&B, and 90s sounds, all laced with his sweet, sweet voice.

The Crave Festival 2024

Ben UFO must be on his own version of a celebration tour, as he headlines all festivals that set the tone for what’s will be cool next year. That includes The Crave Festival, The Hague’s most profound and left-field electronic music festival. Next to Hessle Audio’s head honcho, artists like DBridge & Lena Willikens, Kettama, Midland, Laure Croft, Stella Zekri, and The Hague’s own JEANS make an appearance.

Boothstock 2024

Time to roam the woods around Rotterdam on the 15th! Boothstock is a fun and sweaty festival next to a lake, with plenty of sick DJs to get the party going. What do we think of BELLA, Joey Daniel b2b Archie Hamilton, Masters at Work, Virginia, or Doppelgang? Exactly, this one will be popping off. Whether you’re into groovy house or heavy basslines, Boothstock’s got all the genres covered. 

Drift Festival 2024

Drift Festival

Much like The Crave Festival, Drift Festival in Nijmegen is one for the people with a strong sense of which DJs are the most sought-after at the moment. Cassy, Fafi Abdel Nour, Hyperaktivist, Jarreau Vandal, Lady Starlight and Luna Ludmila live, Vladimir Dubyshkin; need we say more?

The industrial NYMA area invites dancers to swarm the whole grounds, which makes dancing in Nijmegen even more enjoyable.

Chillville Festival 2024

Jun 29 – 30 • Breepark, NL

Chillville Festival

Chillville Festival picks up where Rotterdam’s Reggae festival ended and moves to Breda’s big, lush Breepark.

The new festival’s got a few big names on their poster, including UB40 with Ali Campbell, Alpha Blondy, Gentleman and Gypsy Kings by Andre Reyes. Besides these heavy hitters, Chilville has got a few surprise acts in store for us, and they couldn’t keep Billy Ocean a secret anymore. Vibe-wise, this has to be one of the chiller festivals, we would say.

The countdown begins; the garden is calling us! If you’ve ever liked fantasy-themed festivals, this one’s for you.

Each stage is more dreamlike and otherworldly than the next one, and mystical creatures entertain dancers drifting through the woods. Artists like Benwal, Joyhauser, Laura van Hal, Vuur, and Speedy J take care of the tunes, so we know we’re in for a versatile day of partying. 

Verknipt Festival 2024 - SUNDAY

Verknipt is on a roll. Their big ArenA shows have completely sold out, and next to that, the hard techno promoter has announced a Verknipt Holiday Festival in Croatia for this summer.

Before their international summer events kick off, it’s time for some summer techno action in Utrecht. Big names play over two days, including all the technø icons such as APHØTIC, BYØRN, DIØN, ØRGIE, SHLØMO, and artists like NOVAH, Sara Landry, and negitiv. Dreaming of music in the mediterranean?
