Founded in Amsterdam in 2020, Nomadism Records is an independent electronic music label built around the idea that a nomadic spirit is constantly searching for places where joy, creativity and human connection thrive. Today, the label brings together more than 60 artists from around the world.

For ADE 2026, Nomadism Records joins forces with Pastai Restaurant to present Spaghetti a Mezzanotte a late night celebration where Italian hospitality, electronic music and community come together.

Set inside one of Amsterdam's favourite Italian restaurants, the evening unfolds through carefully curated electronic music by Plab On and Hoani Teano, accompanied by fresh handmade pasta, good company and the warm atmosphere of an authentic Italian dinner that slowly turns into a dance floor.

At midnight, complimentary spaghetti will be served to all guests. A simple Italian tradition that brings everyone together for a shared moment, celebrating food, music and connection around one table.

More than an event, Spaghetti a Mezzanotte is an invitation to slow down, meet new people and experience ADE beyond the traditional club environment.

Expect intimate vibes, Mediterranean flavours, underground electronic music and a night where music, food and community become one.
