Every important invention changes our lifestyle and often brings about fundamental changes. Cheap paper and printing, combined with the development of rail transport, meant that a major war could break out within a short period of time. But it also meant that almost everyone could pick up a newspaper and read the latest news. And often great articles. However, print media has long been sidelined by television and even more so by the internet. Nevertheless, it is worth seeing the artistic responses in the exhibition HIT BY NEWS.

The print media, as presented by several dozen famous artists, not only evokes memories, but also brings up important topics that have been repeated throughout history. And unfortunately, many of them will continue to be repeated. In "Good News," we will therefore try to take hope into the workshop and work with various artistic means and techniques so that we do not overlook what is important and valuable in the flood of bad news.
